In collaboration with our suppliers, we regularly test new sustainable materials in our printing facility, aligning with recyclers' recommendations and the specific packaging technology requirements of our clients.
We minimize waste by selecting the most suitable packaging size.
We apply thinner materials compatible with your packaging technology.
Whenever possible, we choose mono-material packaging to enhance recyclability.
We develop packaging made from recycled, compostable, or materials derived from renewable resources.
Mono-material packaging, made from a single type of material (such as PAP, PP, or PE), offers a sustainable solution that facilitates recycling and reduces excess resource consumption. These structures may consist of one or two layers of the same type of material.

Mono PE – typically made from polyethylene (PE), this packaging is widely used for food products due to key PE advantages:
- Transparency
- Robust sealing across temperature ranges
- Barrier and/or non-barrier properties
A sustainable and recyclable mono PE alternative to multi-layer laminated materials such as PET/PE, OPP/PE, and PA/PE.

Mono PP – polypropylene (PP) is widely used and recyclable, suitable for both food and non-food packaging. Key advantages include:
- Availability of both barrier and non-barrier material options
- Transparency
- Reliable sealing at varied temperatures
Mono PP provides an eco-friendly alternative to PET/PP, OPP/PE, and aluminium-based films.
Compostable material from renewable cellulose offers a versatile solution for various flexible packaging applications.

- Renewable material: Produced from cellulose sourced from responsibly managed plantations.
- Home compostable: Suitable for composting at home along with other organic waste.
- Certification: Certified for both industrial and home composting.
- Versatility: Suitable for flow pack and twist packaging.
We offer innovative and environmentally responsible alternatives to conventional polypropylene (PP) packaging. We use raw materials derived from renewable sources, containing from 30% to 100% recycled PP.

Innovative Bio-PP packaging is made fully or partially from renewable resources such as PLA (commonly derived from corn, sugarcane, or cellulose). These materials significantly reduce CO2 emissions during production and are suitable for packaging a variety of food and non-food products.

- Resistance: packaging resistant to fats and oils.
- Technical advantages: high mechanical strength, strong sealing seams, excellent closure and folding properties.
- Barrier properties: effective barrier against mineral oils, oxygen, and moisture.

- Sustainability: suitable for industrial composting within the EU.
